Directional Master Plan for the comprehensive re-development of land around Wintec Rotokauri Campus.
Designed in partnership with Hamilton City Council as an integral component of the wider Rotokauri Urban Growth Structure Plan, the Wintec Community Master-Plan comprises a “campus without walls” that integrates the tertiary facilities as an integral component of the new Rotokauri community. Mixed-use development profiles include extensive residential and community development; workspace, including business incubators and work/live units; short-stay accommodation including a training hotel in addition to extensive landscape and recreation areas.
