The Lady Allum Village project involves the comprehensive staged redevelopment of an existing retirement village.
Located on Auckland’s North Shore, the new development will provide an inspiring, vibrant, safe and engaging environment for retired people with accommodation comprising both independent and supported residential apartments and residential care facilities with extensive social, recreation and cultural amenities. The village has been designed around an integrated series of landscape environments including a market square, village green, performance stage, spiritual and healing gardens and interactive children’s play areas all of which are animated by water features, artistic lighting and art installations.
